SHIPMENTS

Standard shipping is free for any order placed on Ypola.it.

Before shipping, you can track the order status in the “My Account” section.

If you have purchased in guest mode, please contact our Customer Service.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email which will allow you to follow its progress. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

For security reasons, the recipient’s signature will be required upon delivery.

Check the number of packages received and make sure they are not damaged. In the event of damage and/or missing products/parcels, you must report this immediately on the delivery documents.

All orders are handled automatically and we will therefore not be able to reduce or extend delivery times.

Please note: it is not possible to choose the day or time of delivery. Our courier delivers orders from Monday to Friday during working hours and will make two delivery attempts. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the sender. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
